What’s the Big Deal?

With us, you can ship to and from residences. Standard FedEx live-shipping certifications only allow business-to-business shipping. Our agreement with FedEx allows us (and therefore, you!) to ship from and to residential addresses.
Our exclusive ShipYourReptiles Insurance covers the cost of shipments that arrive late and the value of reptiles that arrive late and dead. FedEx contracts state very clearly that when shipping live animals, they waive all guarantees and liabilities. They won’t honor their On-Time Guarantee, even if they are 100% at fault for its late delivery. They won’t reimburse the shipper for damages to the package, regardless of cause or fault. No other reptile shipping service offers any kind of insurance on delivery times or live arrival.

Use our On-Time and Live-Arrival Insurance and be confident that you can be reimbursed the full FedEx shipping cost if your package arrives even one minute late, for any reason, and know that if a late delivery causes the death of your reptile, you can be reimbursed for the full amount you’ve insured it for.
