While we are the industry leader in reptile and aquatics shipping, everything is relative. We're still a small business with a tight knit team, and its important to us that you have a positive experience with SYR/SYA. Hopefully, we can work together over the long term as your business and shipping needs continue to grow.
I LOVE this job, but I also take this business very, very seriously. The service we provide, our position at the vanguard of our industry, it is important to me.
I had an email exchange with an SYR shipper recently that cut to the core of my business philosophy. This shipper said he thought of SYR as an extension of his business. I agree. Absolutely. 100%.
I really feel that we are business partners, we are working hard on the shipping and service side to make you more successful. Your success is our success! We take great pride in supporting and servicing our shipping partners (You!) and helping you grow, flourish and succeed.

It's not cherries and roses all the time. FedEx drops the ball sometimes. Occasionally WE drop the ball. But we are committed to picking it back up, correcting errors, fixing mistakes, and fine-tuning our team and our performance to give you the best possible service and support.
