On-time insurance covers shipments that arrive after UPS or FedEx's Guaranteed Time of Arrival, determined by their timestamp. If your package is late, you are eligible for a full refund of the shipping costs of your label.
ON-TIME Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Live Arrival Insurance covers late deliveries that result in a DOA. In these cases, you are eligible for the amount you insured as well as the cost of your label.
$2.50 provides On-Time and $100 worth of Live Arrival Insurance. You may purchase additional Live Arrival Insurance for $2.50 for each additional $100. For example, $1,000 of coverage costs $25.00.
The maximum insurance offered is $10,000 for hub deliveries and $2,500 for home or business deliveries. Higher amounts of insurance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
DOA Claims must be made withing 4 hours of delivery.
Our insurance is self-funded, as FedEx and UPS waive all guarantees on live shipments including arrival times, and they do not reimburse us.
