With many new additions to our services, we want to ensure you understand the features and options available with your All Pro Shipping account.
Your UPS option - YES, we are offering UPS. As of October 2023, UPS has allowed certain live animal shipments. However, All Pro Shipping’s agreement includes several live shipping options that go beyond the normal options listed on the UPS website, including crocodilians and invertebrates. Your rate will be matched if you choose to use this option, and it can be activated by contacting customer service at info@allproshipping.com.
Home Delivery Insurance - YES, we are offering home delivery insurance up to $2,500 without any pre-approval. If you do not see this option turned on, it is generally because the weather is not suitable for shipping live door-to-door.
Priority vs. Standard Overnight - Recently, we have begun offering Standard Overnight as an option when shipping to a hub. While Priority and Standard generally arrive at the hub at the same time in the mornings, please be aware that Standard Overnight is sorted second, which could delay delivery until closer to the 5 PM commitment time listed on the label. You may need to inform your recipient to avoid confusion or the appearance of misleading information.
