Ship Your Reptiles has been working hard behind the scenes to provide you with more live overnight shipping options, and are proud to announce we have created a great option with UPS.   With the help of our testers, we have slowly rolled out this service to a select few.  We have built up our knowledge, worked out the bugs, and are now ready to offer this service to you as well, should you be interested!  Thee are always great questions with new services, and we have identified some FAQ's here:  

Why don't I see UPS as an option on my account? 
Contact us here, and we will manually add UPS to your account and make all the necessary adjustments to your rates.  You may also call us at (303) 730-2125.   

Can I ship a snake via UPS?
YES, you can ship snakes, coral, inverts, and anything else we already ship through FedEx to ANY UPS-authorized facility, including the full network of UPS Stores.

Will you offer insurance on UPS shipments? 
YES, we offer the same insurance that has been offered with FedEx. We now offer door-to-door insurance up to $2500 on both platforms. Please refer to our banner daily to see when insurance is turned on. If insurance is turned off, we do not recommend shipping on that particular day for various reasons, such as weather. 

How does this affect my discount? 
We will assign the same discount you have with your FedEx account to your UPS account.  In some cases, UPS will be the less expensive option.
