It’s spring shipping season and the warmer weather means better shipping conditions!

But do you know the general rules for temperatures? Here are our basic recommendations:

REPTILES

Below 38°F: No Ship

38-69°F: Heat Pack

70-91°F: No Heat Pack

92-100°F: Hold at Facility

Over 100°F: No Ship

AMPHIBIANS AND COLD TOLERANT SPECIES

Below 38°F: No Ship

38-60°F: Heat Pack

60-80°F: No Heat Pack, No Cold Pack

80-92°F: Cold Pack

88-92°F: Cold Pack and Hold at Facility

Over 92°F: No Ship

Using this simple guide in conjunction with phase packs will greatly increase your shipping success.
